月光-三好讀書會
10月28日,一個風和日麗的週末早晨,我們吉三分會「三好讀書會」15位夥伴,在歡笑中巡禮了綠意盎然的知卡宣公園,並舉辦今年第一次的戶外讀書會暨聯誼。研讀大師人間萬事「養生四法」一篇文章。大師說,有的人從運動中養生,有的人從信仰上養生,有的人從工作中養生,有的人從生活裡養生,而今天所要談的是飲食養生,必須掌握四項原則:「多菜少肉、多淡少鹽、多果少糖、多嚼少食」,大家各紓己見,暢所欲言,知無不言,言無不盡。其實,世出世間法,健康與正信至為重要,我們談養生之道,也談養心,藉由止息觀照,進而找回自己清淨的本性。
