要有寬容的心，像海一樣接納大家，星雲大師說心可以容納眾生，心裡面能容納100個人，那你就有接納100個人的心；心能容納百千萬人，就能領導百千萬人，擔任會長要把所有會員放在心上，就能帶領會員一起實踐人間佛教。
放下的心，不要有負擔，幫助弱勢的人，不要太在乎別人。
讓卑的心，不跟驕傲的人相處，看別人優點，受人尊重。
慚愧的心，多讀書，自我慚愧，若自己有不足，改善自己。
正派的心，做人的基本，做任何事都要有正派的心。
今天的一社區一蓮花講座是義工一起幫忙才能成功的，大家有志一同，呈現的是無私、團結的心。
